Yusbin Diaz is a firefighter with the FDNY. Police said he was off duty when he was arrested Saturday morning for allegedly driving drunk and crashing into a car in Brooklyn.
NYPD said Diaz was arrested at 2:30 a.m. and charged with DWI, first offense, and drunk driving.

NYPD said Diaz was serving a 2009 Toyota Camry along Sullivan Place and Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights at 2 a.m. as the episode unfolded.

A police spokesman said the firefighter “collided with a parked car and was arrested,” a police spokesman said. The parked car was unoccupied at the time of the accident, the police said.
