Cruiserweight Showdown

Santos Escobar and Isaiah “Swerve” Scott are in separate rooms and Purple has an interview about their upcoming game.

It’s done incredibly well, and both competitors seem sincere and emotionally engaged.

Swerve criticizes Santos Escobar for constantly cheating, while Escobar maintains its tradition.

Kyle O’Reilly: Main Target

There’s a great package out there where Kyle O’Reilly talks about his wrestling history and what it means to him to fight Finn.
It’s wonderful to see he has the full undisputed era support & I don’t know how much WWE editors are being paid for these packages, but it’s not enough.

Tegan Talking About Torn ACL

There is an update on Tegan Nox talking about his torn ACL and the Gargans say it is pure karma. However, their focus is on becoming the first NXT champions to be married.

Cameron Grimes Stepping Stones Invitation

Cameron Grimes has chosen opponents to demonstrate his skills. The first incredibly small opponent comes out and is knocked out.

Ridge Holland slams his next opponent into the ring to meet Cameron Grimes and dominate him. The match is disqualified as Ridge Holland refuses to facilitate the attack on Grimes.

KUSHIDA Versus Tony Nese

Before this game, there is a video pack where KUSHIDA talks about his new malicious side. He shows it in this match against Nese by leaving the former cruiserweight champion with few vacancies.

KUSHIDA can also prove his skills by constantly attacking Tony Nese’s arm and winning with the hoverboard lock.

Adam Cole Versus Austin Theory

Adam Cole talks about the undisputed era dominant performance at NXT over the past three years and his respect.

Cole calls Austin Theory, who previously did a promo for Kyle O’Reilly, and tells him to say what he said about his face. The theory comes out and the two agree.

Kayden Carter with Kacy Catanzaro against Xia Li
Some soft grips to open the game and the pace is pretty fast, both approaching the odds in bowling.

Li finally comes out and takes Carter with her. XIa Li shows aggression, but it’s Kayden Carter. After the match, Xia Li shoves Kayden Carter in frustration.

Balor-KOR FaceOff Hosted By HBK

The head-to-head fight seems to start quite respectfully with a handshake. HBK beats Kyle O’Reilly, but Finn questions Kyle O’Reilly’s ability to win this game without the undisputed era.

Candice LeRae / Johnny Gargano Versus Io Shirai / Damien Priest

In this mixed tag team match, the two competitors compete against two champions who will compete against each other on Sunday at Takeover.

When the champions enter the ring, the challengers attack before Io and Candice begin the match.

The two have an intense fight before Gargano attempts to keep Shirai away from Candice, despite Priest entering the ring to attack Gargano. Cool place as Shirai uses Priest as a diving platform.
