Charlie Robinson Passed Away Aged 75 Due To Cancer
Actor Charles Robinson lost his battle with cancer. The 75-year-old Night Court star passed away Sunday at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Her manager, Lisa DiSanta, told the media sources that Robinson died of cardiac arrest with multiple system failures from septic shock and metastatic adenocarcinoma.
He leaves behind his wife Dolorita and their children Luca, Charlie, Christian, and Byron.
A prolific actor, he has appeared in over 125 American television and film projects, including Cannon, Lou Grant, and Hill Street Blues in the 1970s, as well as the miniseries Roots: The Next Generation, Buffalo Bill, and the soap opera Flamingo route.

Viola Davis was one of the stars who paid homage to Charlie and wrote on Twitter: “RIP Charlie Robinson. You were a wonderful actor.”
Charlie recently starred alongside The Wire actor Wendell Pierce in Some Old Black Man, and the 57-year-old star admitted they had a “father and son” connection after being quarantined together amid the coronavirus pandemic were.
In a series of tweets, he wrote, “It only took 27 days and we created life. Charlie Robinson and I quarantined ourselves during this pandemic to make room and in no time we formed a lifelong friendship A bond. Like the father and son we portray in the play, we had a mission.”
“We were on a mission to find a way to create our art when the world was closed. Fortunately, in 27 days we made a friendship that only happened with a shared vision. In no time it became my mentor, when I asked him if my best days would be over, for example, he showed hope …”
“In 27 days he shared the value of love in his life and his love of life with an appreciation for the most intimate things: the harmony of himself Singing group The Dells, he lost his mother’s friendliness at a young age, his career as an artist and a good glass of wine in the evening.”

Dolorita is an actress who graduated from the University of Miami.
As per her IMDB profile, she played Nurse Maggie on the Love in the Time of Corona series and appeared on the Bernie Mac Show.
Dolorita also starred in episodes of Nosferayev between 2009 and 2012.
In a statement, she said of her husband’s death: “Martin Landau once described him as” Hollywood’s greatest and most underrated actor. “Charles Robinson was the love of my life, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.”
“He was really the actor who worked, and of all his passions his job was central, his family being the wind under his wings so he could climb to incredible heights! On behalf of my husband and my family, thank you for being part of the audience.”
Dolorita and Charlie both were married in 1996.
