The administration of Islamabad has approved the Private Schools Reopen in Islamabad from June 7th (Monday) in strict compliance with the Coronavirus Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The regulatory authority for private educational institutions (PEIRA) has issued a notice on the reopening of private schools in the area of responsibility of the federal capital in accordance with the COVID-19 protocols.
The Punjab government has also decided to reopen schools from June 7th with 50% participation and strict observance of the COVID-19 SOPs verbally and spiritually.
However, the Sindh government has decided not to reopen schools until the coronavirus situation has improved.

Sindh Minister of Health, Dr. Azra Pechuho said: “We have not yet made a decision on reopening schools in the province and the vaccination campaign has been accelerated to give priority to vaccinating teachers and children. School staff”.
