University of Engineering and Technology UET Lahore is one of the top engineering university of pakistan if you want to take admissions in any engineering programs. UET Lahore has changed its merit criteria for Undergraduate Admissions 2020 due to covid 19 pandemic.
According to new admission policy 2020, the admissions will be be provided on the basis of inter first year percentage, matric marks and entry test marks.
As per the PEC engineering programs eligibility criteria an applying candidate should have atleast 60%.
The merit formula for UET lahore undergraduate admissions policy 2020 is 25% weightage of matric, 45% First year and 30% aptitude test weightage.
UET Lahore Merit Criteria Undergraduate Admissions 2020
The merit criteria according to new admissions policy 2020 is as follows:
- First Year Marks Weightage: 45%
- Matric Marks: 25%
- Aptitude Test Weightage: 30%
Previously, merit criteria were based on 70% of intermediate marks and 30% of aptitude test.
As inter exams are delayed on account of covid-19 in the country, UET lahore has decided to modified its merit criteria. It will assist to confirm student admissions in good time.
