Why is Emiratisation?
Emiratisation is a UAE program aimed at hiring more nationals in the public and private sectors. The government has introduced various policies, initiatives, and incentives to encourage employers to hire more Emiratis and offer them better career opportunities.
Emiratisation aims to boost the UAE’s economic growth, improve the skills of local workers and reduce the country’s dependence on foreign workers.
