Steve Rogers is a teacher from Marysville who was charged with a second sexual behavior on Wednesday.

Steve Rogers Charged For Sexual Conduct Case
He was charged with sexually assaulting an adult woman twice in the fall of 2018 and in the spring of 2019. He is also charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor victim and exposing her to sexual misconduct.
St. Clair County Assistant District Attorney Cailin Wilson said Rogers groped a teenage girl.
Marysville District Attorney Gary Fletcher said the victim was a Marysville alumnus.
What Was The Trial?
Lisa Kirsch Satawa, a lawyer for Rogers, pleaded for a 10% bond and said he did not break the bond when he was charged with sexual conduct in the first case earlier this month. He made a positive contribution to the community.
His security deposit was set at 100,000 USD in cash/security deposit.
Rogers is scheduled to attend probable causes hearing at 9 a.m. October 12 and audition at 1:30 p.m. Before St. Clair County District Court Judge Mona Armstrong on 19th October.
Rogers is scheduled to hold a preliminary hearing at 1:30 p.m. on 18th Oct. before District Court Judge Michael West in his first case.
On 21st September, Rogers was tried in two cases of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, dissemination of sexually explicit material, and assault for criminal sexual conduct with intent to penetrate.
While his bond was originally set at 250,000 USD at 10% in this case, Armstrong increased his bond to cash collateral of 500,000 USD after his hearing for review in order to protect the public and ensure the next appearance of Rogers in court.
