With Ramadan approaching, the Sindh government has rescheduled matric and intermediate exams.
Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah chaired a meeting where it was decided that matric exams will start on April 7 and intermediate exams on April 28, instead of the earlier March 15 and April 15 dates. Matric practicals begin on March 10, while intermediate practicals will be scheduled later.

The new school year starts on April 7, with colleges beginning on August 1. Summer break runs from June 1 to July 31, and winter holidays from December 22 to 31.
