Sindh Govt Announced The Bad News for Matric Students
The Sindh Government has decided to re-run all matriculation exams that were leaked on social media platforms before the start of provincial exams.
Speaking to the media, Sindh Universities and Council Minister Muhammad Ismail Rahoo ordered all school boards in the province to withdraw the latest matric papers that were leaked.
The minister said a high-level commission of inquiry has been formed to investigate the case of the paper leak and strict action will be taken against all involved.
Principals of all school boards in the province have been ordered to work with the investigative committee to identify the culprits involved in the leaked annual matriculation exams.
The minister said matriculation exams had started across Sindh earlier this week. More than 700,000 students are taking the exams this year. 11 surveillance teams are on-site to prevent fraud. They have so far arrested 16 students involved in fraud.

When asked about load shedding at the provincial test centers, the minister said he had written to power distribution companies to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the test centers.
