Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 And Z Flip 3 Broken Screens Are Cheaper Than Previous Foldables
The latest folding devices from Samsung are now official and still expensive to repair, but at least they are cheaper than before. The screen replacements for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 are the cheapest so far compared to previous Samsung folding devices.
Replacing the internal screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 costs $480, while the smaller exterior screen costs only $150.
Compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 2, replacing the main screen on the official Samsung website costs $550.

On the Z Flip 3, repairing a broken main screen costs $370, while the small external screen costs just $100. That cost was $500 and $100 for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G.
Replacing the original Galaxy Fold screen costs even more ($600 / $140), so there is certainly a tendency for parts to get cheaper over time. This means that we can expect even lower repair costs in the future.
