What is Raast uses?
With Raast, the process of sending and receiving payments becomes remarkably simple. Gone are the days of remembering lengthy account numbers or IBANs. Instead, all you need is a Raast ID.
You can receive funds directly into your bank account, Easypaisa account, or JazzCash account using your unique Raast ID. What’s more, there are currently no transaction fees associated with Raast funds transfers, allowing you to send money securely without incurring extra charges. To keep you informed, you’ll receive text or email notifications from your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa every time a transaction takes place.
To get started, creating your Raast ID is a breeze. Below, we outline the steps for setting up a Raast ID for Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank account holders.
How to Create Raast ID: A Step-by-Step Guide
For Bank Account Holders:
If you have a bank account (over 25 partner banks are currently affiliated with Raast) and wish to link it to your Raast ID, follow these simple steps:
1. Open your bank’s preferred channel, such as a mobile app, internet banking, or USSD.
2. Alternatively, you can visit your bank’s branch for assistance.
3. Confirm your mobile number.
4. The bank will then verify and register your Raast ID.
Please note that each individual can possess only one Raast ID, and one account is allowed per Raast ID.
For Easypaisa Users:
To register your Raast ID on the Easypaisa platform, follow these steps:
1. Open the Easypaisa app and select “Bank Transfer.”
2. Choose “Send Money to Raast ID.”
3. Click on “RAAST ID Management.”
4. Tap “Activate My Raast ID.”
Now, you’re all set to send and receive money effortlessly with Raast.
For JazzCash Account Holders:
If you have a JazzCash account and wish to link it to your Raast ID, follow these guidelines:
JazzCash App:
1. Open the JazzCash app and select “My Account” on the homepage.
2. In the account menu, click on “RAAST ID Management.”
3. Verify your IBAN and mobile number.
4. Click on “Create RAAST ID.”
That’s it – you’re now ready to use Raast for your financial transactions.
Dial Method:
1. Dial *786# from your mobile keypad.
2. Choose the 6th option, “My Account,” from the services menu.
3. From the “My Account” menu, select the 5th option, “RAAST ID Management.”
4. Opt for the 1st option, “Create your RAAST ID,” to register your Raast ID.
5. Confirm your IBAN and mobile number.
6. Select “Send.”
With your Raast ID in place, you can effortlessly engage in secure and hassle-free fund transfers through Raast.
