PTI – Imran Khan Imran Khan Long March Schedule And Itinerary Day 1
According to the program of the PTI long march, which starts in Lahore on Friday, the route of the first day would take the participants to Shahdara.
Imran Khan, former Prime Minister and head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday said the long march would start on Friday, Oct. 28 at Liberty Chowk in Lahore.
The lengthy anti-government march is said to begin at 11:00 am on Friday, and the PTI President will make his final statement in Azadi Chowk on the first day.
The PTI announced the route for the first day of the march. “The long march will be down Ferozpur Road starting at Kalma Chowk. Details indicate that Shahdara Chowk will be the starting point for the next day’s trek.”
The party leadership instructed its members to start a public relations campaign and set up camps along the march route.
At a press conference yesterday in Lahore, the PTI President said: “We will go to Islamabad with the GT Road Nation.” According to the head of the PTI, there is no deadline for the end of the long march.
According to the sources, more police units have been deployed in Islamabad to face the long march announced by the PTI chairman.
“Measures are being taken to implement a road closure plan,” the sources said.
“Containers have already been moved to various points to block roads and arrangements are being made to keep cranes on standby to place containers,” the sources said.
“There were containers to block roads in Faizabad T-Chowk and adjacent roads,” the sources added.
