Princess Charlene Back In Monaco
Nice, France: Princess Charlene returned to Monaco on Monday after spending several months in her native South Africa where she had surgery, a palace source said.
The Zimbabwe-born princess, 43, was admitted to hospital in Durban, South Africa, in September after collapsing from an infection of the ears, nose and throat.
The operation went “very well,” said a source at the time.
He had already had an operation in August, but details of the operation were not disclosed.
Lifestyle magazines across Europe have feverishly speculated that the royal couple may be on the verge of divorce.
Princess Charlene was in South Africa for most of that year and said she was medically forced to stay, although media suggest she is looking for a home there.
The former South African Olympic swimmer married Prince Albert II in 2011 after first playing with him at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Turin.
Shortly after their wedding, rumors were denied by the royal palace that Charlene tried to escape the night before the wedding.

His last public appearance with Albert in Monaco was in January. On August 25, she posted photos with her husband and children on Instagram.
Albert, 63, is the son of Prince Rainier III. and Grace Kelly, an American movie star who was killed in a car crash in 1982.
