Prince William Writes Congratulatory Note To Olympic Champion Lauren Price on Winning Gold Medal
Prince William said Sunday that it was great to hear Lauren Price’s story in person before Tokyo Olympics 2020 when the boxer won a gold medal on Sunday.
The Duke of Cambridge was referring to his interview with the athlete he had last month before his trip to Japan.
William tweeted a personal congratulations to Olympic gold medalist Lauren Price for winning the gold.
Prince William wrote: “Congratulations to Lauren Price on winning the first Olympic gold medal in boxing. It was fantastic to hear her story in person from her before #Tokio2020.”
