Prince William And Kate Foundation Focus On Diversity After Meghan’s Accusations Of Racism
Kate Middleton and Prince William are changing their approach to diversity in the face of allegations of racism from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The two Trustees of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Royal Charity Foundation 2020 are pushing for more diversity and trying to make inclusion a priority going forward.
“The Real Foundation continues to advocate equality and diversity and guarantees a positive, safe and respectful environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of its employees, candidates, partners, suppliers and those whose interests it represents”, indicates the 44-page report.

The detailed report covers the association and its finances from January to December 2020.
It came after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex told Oprah Winfrey in March this year that a member of the Royal Family had raised concerns over the color of their unborn son Archie.
“I’ll never share this conversation, but it was embarrassing at the time; I was a little surprised,” Harry had told Oprah.
