Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Anniversary Snub Has Netflix ‘Very Crossover’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly disappointed their bosses at Netflix after they failed to get exclusive up-close footage with the royal family during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, a royal insider has claimed.
Speaking to GB News, royal expert Angela Levin gave details of what Netflix expects from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s anniversary visit to the UK and how “crossed-country” they are with them after being snubbed.
Commenting on the official photo of Lilibet that Harry and Meghan posted for their first birthday, Levin claimed that the Sussexes were actually denied permission to take a picture of her with their namesake, Queen Elizabeth.
He then said it was the right move for the monarch because “Harry and Meghan would have sold it and used it for Netflix.”
“I would commend her for being with her great-grandmother. It would be very, very valuable to them, but in fact, the palace was so smart and cunning that they never got a chance to have their picture taken with any of the royals.
Levin later claimed, “I heard they were quite angry, Netflix wanted these photos of them with the royals but they were sitting on the right side and the rest of them, Camilla, Charles, Catherine, and William, on the other side.”
