Prince Harry doesn’t need to require Queen approval before releasing his memoir to the open public.
A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace said the Duke of Sussex had ‘recently’ briefed the Royal Family on his memoirs.
“Harry would not expect to get approval from Buckingham Palace for the project. Any clarification of the book would be a question for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” the spokesperson said in an official statement.

Previously, Harry had announced that he would publish a book that would tell all about different aspects of his life.
“The ups and downs, the mistakes, the knowledge gained, I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we realize,” the Duke said of the content of his memories.
Following the book’s announcement, several reports claim that members of the royal family, including Prince Charles and Prince William, were ‘moved’ by it, an official newspaper reported.
