Prince Andrew Could Lose More, Says Legal Expert
Arick Fudali, a lawyer who has worked closely with Epstein’s victims, has argued that the Duke of York’s assets could be confiscated if he loses the assault lawsuit.
“There is a method and procedure to seize assets, including offshore assets, if damages are awarded and the defendant is trying to avoid payment,” Fuali told The Sun.
“Assuming for the purposes of this question that there are damages against Prince Andrew, he could avoid confiscation of the assets by posting bail pending the inevitable appeal.”
“Assuming the appeal goes in Ms. Giuffre’s favor, Prince Andrew would have to pay the amount owed, settle the case with a different amount, or risk having his assets confiscated.”

One of Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Giuffre, said she was forced to have sex with Andrew in London, New York and on a private island in the Caribbean between 1999 and 2002 when she said Epstein had kept her as a “sex slave”.
Prince Andrew in his earlier statement strongly denied the allegations, saying he could not have had sex with a teenage girl at a London socialite’s home because he had returned home from a children’s party on the night in question and did not remember meeting her to have.
