Politician criticizes birthday portraits of Kate Middleton
Kate Middleton has published three new portraits for her 40th birthday. The three portraits of the Duchess of Cambridge are exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery in London.
While millions of people liked Kate’s photos on social media, the portraits did not match a politician and former minister.
Ann Widdecombe wrote in a British newspaper: “Sorry, I’m probably the only one in the country, but I don’t like the photos of the Duchess of Cambridge published on the occasion of her 40th birthday.”

She added: “They are stylized, unrealistic, and most importantly, uncharacteristic. The essence of Kate’s attraction is her very realistic approach combined with great style and these ethereal images do her nothing at all.”
