PIA Resumes Direct Flights to Paris, Expands International Routes in 2025

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will resume direct flights to Paris this Friday after a four-year hiatus, boosting business, tourism, and cultural exchanges. Starting January 10, 2025, PIA will operate two weekly flights between Islamabad and Paris, with the first flight, PK749, departing at 12:00 PM. A ceremony at Islamabad Airport will be attended by key officials, including the Minister for Defense, Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

The Boeing 777 for the Paris route is fully booked, and subsequent flights are in high demand. Passengers on the inaugural flight will be welcomed at Paris Airport.

PIA is also expanding its services, launching new routes in January with Boeing 777 and Airbus A320 aircraft. These include flights between Sialkot and Bahrain, Lahore and Kuwait, Lahore and Dammam, Faisalabad and Jeddah, Peshawar and Karachi, and Sialkot and Doha.
