Pakistan’s passport has once again been ranked among the weakest, according to the Henley Passport Index for the first half of 2025. The country is placed in 103rd position, alongside Yemen, with its passport holders only able to travel visa-free to 33 destinations.
Countries ranked below Pakistan include Iraq (104th), Syria (105th), and Afghanistan (106th). On the other hand, Somalia, Nepal, Palestine, and Bangladesh are slightly ahead, with Somalia securing the 102nd spot.

Looking at the region, India stands at 85th, China at 60th, Iran at 96th, and Saudi Arabia at 58th.
At the top of the index, Singapore holds the lead with visa-free access to 195 destinations, closely followed by Japan with 193. South Korea, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Finland share third place, offering access to 192 destinations.
