- You need to tap on the “Allow” option to allow the app to access the device location. For a better experience, you need to enable device location (GPS).
- If you are already a member you can opt for the login option, otherwise you must select the “Register” button.
- If you choose to register as a new user, you must accept the ETCSP Terms and Conditions and click the “Next” button.
- To register, enter your 14-digit CNIC ID Card Number and your 11-digit Mobile Phone Number.
- After successfully entering the phone number, you will receive a 6-digit PIN code on your mobile phone.
- Enter your PIN code on the Android app screen. You will then see another screen where you need to choose a 4-digit passcode based on your preference.
- Now you can go to the login option and enter your CNIC Number and a 4-digit Password.
- You will see the main NBP Rashan Subsidy Program board where you can purchase your household items. You can select the desired item for the items placed in the shopping cart.
