NADRA will shut down its website on January 17 and move all services to a mobile app. Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi explained that fraudulent websites had been used to create fake documents and misuse personal data. The new app, which offers services like identity cards, NICOP, POC, B-Forms, and FRCs that will make these processes easier for citizens, including those abroad.

NADRA is also opening three regional centers in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gwadar, and Gilgit-Baltistan by March 31 to improve service delivery. Additionally, 19 NADRA offices will be set up across the country, with operations starting by the same date.
