Mercedes Morr was a model for Instagram and OnlyFans. Her real name is Janae Gagnier. She was killed in an apparent homicide-suicide in Richmond, Texas, near Houston.
Her family said that she was killed by a stalker.
Police identified the suspect as Kevin Alexander Accorto. Gagnier and her killer appear to have no prior relationship, but details of a motive and whether they were known are being investigated, authorities said.

As per the KHOU, Mercedes Morr and Kevin Accorto were found dead in her home on 29th August after Richmond police were sent for a social checkup.
The Fort Bend County Coroner’s Office told the news network that Gagnier’s cause of death was strangulation and the way she died was murder. It was not immediately clear when she died.
The coroner told KHOU that Accorto committed suicide after multiple violent trauma. No further details on the cause of death were released. It was also not immediately clear how long he was dead before police found his bodies.
Gagnier’s sister said on Instagram that she and her mother last spoke with Gagnier on Thursday, August 26. “As always, you had a great time,” she wrote.

Gagnier’s sister wrote on Instagram: “Yesterday was the worst day of my life… my heart went out. My soul is gone … We talk every day. I’m so glad we said we love you. I am so happy that I saw your face for the last time. Jenae, sorry. I hate him for you. I feel like I’m screaming every 10 minutes. I have a dad and a grandmother Nae Nae. I can feel how you tell me that you’re okay. I hate everything right now.”

She has over 2.6 million followers on the photo-sharing site instagram and she was also a popular content creator on OnlyFans. Little information was found on Accorto, 34, who lived in Florida.
What Police Have Investigated Up Till Now?
Richmond Police said in a statement: “At this stage of the investigation, it is not believed that the suspect and the victim were related. At this point, this is considered murder/suicide and is an ongoing investigation to determine the motive for the case.”
