Kate Middleton’s ‘fake’ engagement ring on ‘disastrous’ tour sparks excitement
Kate Middleton has unleashed some sort of royal madness after watchdogs spotted the Duchess of Cambridge wearing a “fake” engagement ring during her recent royal trip to the Caribbean, Express UK reported.
Royal fans were reportedly shocked after the Cambridges posted a video of their time in Belize showing them diving.
The video shows Kate and her husband, Prince William, snorkeling and swimming in Caribbean waters, and shockingly, the Duchess was spotted wearing her engagement ring in the water!
Fans who saw the ring took to social media to question the ring’s authenticity, with many accusing Kate of wearing a “fake” ring.

The frenzy was addressed by royal enthusiasts Rachel Bowie and Roberta Fiorito on the Royally Obsessed podcast, with Bowie asking, “I just want to know if she actually wore her engagement ring.”
Fiorito entered and asked, “It has to be a replacement, right?”

His question was answered by Bowie, who said, “Yeah, there’s no way that’s going to be allowed. There’s not enough security in this ring and it’s irreplaceable.”
He further speculated, “In the screenshots taken, he has a large rock on his finger, what else could it be?”
The two eventually decided it was entirely possible that the engagement ring was actually real and could fit Kate’s ring finger “perfectly”.
