In China, a bus was developed for the Karachi Green Line project. Federal Planning Minister Asad Umar said that the prototype of the bus for the Karachi Green Line transport project was made in China. Once the inspection has been approved, construction of 80 buses will begin. Buses will arrive in Karachi.
The phase of the 24 km stretch of the Green Line has been completed and work on the second phase is ongoing.
The government has reached an agreement with a Chinese company for the delivery of buses for the Green Line and Orange Line.
