Kanye West Claims That Universal Released ‘Donda’ Without His Consent
American musician Kanye West claimed, hours after releasing his 10th studio album on Sunday, that Universal released Donda without his consent.
After weeks of delay and several listening sessions in stadiums, Kanye’s Donda arrived on Sunday morning.
The two-hour, 27-track album features a list of guest appearances, including Jay-Z, The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and Lil Baby.
The Good Morning singer took to Instagram and said, “Universal released my album without my consent.”
He also said: “And they stopped Jail 2 from being on the album.”

Donda is named after the fickle rapper’s mother and producer, who died in 2007.
It follows his 2019 Grammy Award-winning Christian album Jesus Is King.
Following the release of her album and the high-profile divorce from Kim Kardashian, West, 44, also filed a lawsuit to change her name to her longtime nickname, Ye.
