Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s custody battle could take a new turn
“Kanye West’s attorney is “attempting to finalize a formal custody agreement between the rapper and Kim Kardashian,” according to a new report.
Kim and Kanye, who are the proud parents of four, do not currently have a formal custody agreement and have been trying to figure it out on their own, but things have escalated between the two in recent days and the drama has become public.
Samantha Spector, the 44-year-old rapper’s attorney, is planning a formal settlement between the two. If that fails, the attorney is prepared to go to court to enforce basic custody and visitation rules, according to TMZ.

The 41-year-old reality star and business mogul has allowed his ex to visit his kids whenever he’s in town and wants, as long as their kids aren’t busy.
Kanye West spent three days with his kids last week in what the Daily Mail said was the first time he’s seen them since the Super Bowl.
