Kahlieff Adams is the co-defendant in Young Thug. Young Thug faces more trouble in the courtroom. A video showing the rapper engaging in a drug deal with co-defendant Adams has gone viral on the internet. This happened during one of the rapper’s trials in his ongoing RICO lawsuit.
In a video that has gone viral, Young Thug, real name Jeffrey Lamar Williams, is sitting next to his attorney when Kahlieff Adams approached him and shook his hand. At that moment, the latter Thug put a Percocet in his hand.

Now, on Thursday, Kahlieff Adams, a rapper who is also on trial with Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Williams, was charged with possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; possession of an alcoholic beverage by an inmate; and two counts of willful obstruction of law enforcement.
“Defendant Adams, who is currently serving life without parole for murder, engaged in a hand-to-hand combat drug transaction with defendant Jeffery Lamar Williams in court,” reads a filing in Fulton County Superior Court.
Atlanta News First requested footage from the courtroom showing the alleged transaction.
“Due to the possession and distribution of contraband by Defendant Williams and Defendant Adams, respectively, the court was delayed and adjourned before a single jury count for the day had been considered,” the inquest reads.
The presence of law enforcement in the courtroom quickly confirmed the exchange and immediately confronted Young Thug about it, asking him to go back on the pill. Agents also went to Kahlieff Adams’ home and searched him for other drugs. Then they discovered plastic-packaged marijuana and tobacco along with a spice meant to disguise the drug’s smell.
WSBTV reported that Michael Seiden also took to social media to reveal that Adams took some of the contraband to cover up the extent of the crime. However, he was taken to Grady Hospital to have the amount of substance he consumed deducted.
After Kahlieff Adams was arrested for her actions, prosecutors petitioned the court to acknowledge that their January 18, 2023 hearing was delayed “due to the actions of Defendants Williams and Defendants Adams.”
