Jovit Baldivino Cause Of Death
Jovit Baldivino, a Filipino musician who won the inaugural Pilipinas Got Talent trophy in 2010, died Thursday at the age of 29.
His fiancee Camille Ann Miguel and his parents Hilario and Cristeta Baldivino confirmed the tragedy and said he died in a Batangas City hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm.
Baldivino was asked to perform at a Christmas party in Batangas City on December 4, even though he had high blood pressure and doctors told him to rest.
He played three songs and after the third one, you could see him gasping for air. He has rushed to the hospital shortly after, where a scan showed a blood clot in his brain, which appears to be indicative of an aneurysm.
Blood was drained from his head and he spent five days in a coma before dying on Thursday.
After the news, his fiancee posted several comments on Facebook. I miss you so much already, my love, I whispered, “Miss na miss na po kita.”
When Baldivino, then 19, hit the inaugural season of Pilipina’s Got Talent in 2010, he rose to fame. Shortly thereafter he released his debut studio album Faithfully and three more albums between 2011 and 2015.
In an interview with The National in 2012, he called his rise “insane”. But she added, “I have a lot of family and friends who love me and stop me from making too many lifestyle changes.”
Baldivino’s last public appearance was on 28th November for a star-studded edition of Family Feud.
