New Honor X40 GT Racing Edition: Enhanced RAM and Affordable Pricing
Honor has discreetly unveiled its latest smartphone, the X40 GT Racing Edition, without much fanfare. This release is essentially an update to the existing Honor X40 GT.
The most noticeable change can be found in its exterior design. The X40 GT Racing Edition boasts a refreshed back cover design and introduces new color options. Apart from these aesthetic updates, it remains identical to the standard X40 GT.
The Racing Edition will be offered in two striking color choices: Racing Black and Titanium Silver, showcasing a fresh design on the rear panel.
Under the hood, the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition maintains a 6.81-inch 1080p LCD display, with an impressive 144Hz refresh rate and a remarkable 240Hz touch sampling rate. For security, it includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for user authentication.

Powering this device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, accompanied by LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, ensuring smooth and responsive performance. To support extended usage, it features a substantial 4,800 mAh built-in battery that supports rapid 66W fast charging.
In terms of photography, the Honor X40 GT Racing Edition is equipped with a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. On the rear, it houses a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth-of-field lens.
