As previously reported, Watkins was sentenced to 35 years in prison in 2013.
Watkins was denied an opportunity to appeal his 35-year sentence a year after his incarceration.
Lord Justice Christopher Pitchford said his crimes were of “such a shocking depravity” that the lengthy sentence was justified.
He explained that the judge accurately assessed the seriousness of his crime and that the verdict was not “extremely unfair”.
Watkins’ sentence was increased by 10 months in 2019 after he was found guilty of using a banned mobile phone while in prison to contact several kinky women from his cell.

Watkins was hospitalized in August 2023 after being pinned down and then “beaten up” and stabbed by three other stragglers.
The siege of HMP Wakefield reportedly ended when a “tornado” team of specially trained riot police officers threw stun grenades into the cell where Watkins was being held.
According to one report, he was stabbed in the neck and taken to Leeds Infirmary for life-saving treatment.
The obnoxious ex-rocker was believed to be in critical condition in a hospital.
An investigation is ongoing and the kidnappers are believed to be in custody.
