Humair Nasim, a married staff doctor, was suspended from medical supervision after requesting a threesome with a younger colleague and his girlfriend.
Dr. discussed the lewd sexual acts with the LGBT colleague and asked if she “would ever go back to a man”. In other cases, Dr. Nasim with a colleague at his apartment with a boner before kissing him.
He told another he had “permission” to have sex outside of marriage, a court heard.

He abused his position of power by behaving inappropriately towards three young women, one even saying she was “the kind of woman he would choose in his day”.
Dr Nasim, from Noble Hospital on the Isle of Man, has been suspended for 12 months by a Medical Practitioners Tribunal. The court heard that Dr. Nasim behaved inappropriately towards three of his colleagues while he was working as Assistant Specialist in Colon and General Surgery at Noble Hospital on the Isle of Man between August 2018 and November 2019.
The three colleagues, Mrs. A, Mrs. B, and Mrs. C, were the younger colleagues of Dr. Nasim in the same hospital. Dr Nasim told Ms. A., a single mother, that he was “available to satisfy any sexual need” she might have and that in “her culture” it was “okay” to be with another woman if she is married.
Court Decision
The court heard that on several occasions the doctor invited another woman, Ms. B., out for appointments and asked her several questions about her relationship with her friend. On the same day, Dr. Nasim the woman for a threesome with her and her partner.
Ms. B. told the court: “It seemed like I was trying to implicate my partner because I said I was faithful to him. I remember making it clear to him by saying no to that request. dr Nasim denied having made such a request, telling the court that he had suggested taking Ms. B. and her partner ‘to lunch’.”
The court dismissed Dr. Nasim dropped the lawsuit and found that he had asked for a threesome with the two women. The court heard the doctor also “chasing” Ms. C, telling her she “looked fine” and asking her for tea, referring to an offer of an “Indian head massage”.
The court found that Dr. Nasim had “invented” an opportunity to ensure that Ms. C. was alone with him at his home when he invited her to come to his on-site staff accommodation for work reasons by the end of 2018. When she arrived, Dr. Nasim if she is in a relationship.
He told the woman that he was “allowed to have sex outside of marriage” and that she saw herself as the “type of woman he would choose in his day and always love.”
Dr Nasim then sat next to the woman with an “exposed hardon” before leaning in and attempting to kiss her on the lips. When she turned around, he kissed her on the cheek before saying, “Kiss me once and you’ll see.”
Ms. C. told the court: “I find it difficult to speak out about this incident because I have felt so hurt.” After leaving the Isle of Man, Dr. Nasim the woman via WhatsApp and asked, “Is anyone missing me [at the hospital]?” Nasim was “sexually motivated” by Ms. C.
The court concluded: “Dr. Nasim had abused his position of trust as a senior professional colleague with the three women and disregarded them for sexual gratification. dr Nasim received his medical degree from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 1991.”
