- Accounts at JS Bank
- Franchise or Agent J-Mobile
- Mobilink or JazzCash microfinance bank

Of these, the easiest way to pay for ICTP Challan is through JazzCash. Thats how it works:
- Step No. 1: Download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store and create a JazzCash account with your mobile phone number.
- Step No. 2: Transfer funds into your JazzCash account. You can’t pay the fine if you don’t have the money!
- Step No. 3: From the main menu, scroll down and locate the “Traffic Challan” option.
- Step No. 4: Click on the option mentioned and enter your PSID (Payment Voucher ID) or Challan number which can be found on the top left of the ticket.
- Step No. 5: The app will automatically give you the details with an option to pay for them immediately. Click Enter to pay the challan.
After paying the fine, you can check the payment status of your challan on the ICTP website. If the transaction is successful, the challan status will be Paid.
