Ingredients Used in Methi Malai Prawns Recipe:

  1. Butter                                                    ¼ stick
  2. Oil                                                          4-5
  3. King prawns                                           ½ kg
  4. Garlic paste                                            1 tablespoon
  5. Ginger paste                                           1 tablespoon
  6. Onion                                                      1-2
  7. Cumin                                                     1 tablespoon
  8. Cinnamon stick                                       1
  9. Pepper                                                     ½ tablespoon
  10. Red chilli powder                                    1 tablespoon
  11. Salt
  12. Garam Masala                                         1 tablespoon
  13.  Ground Cumin                                        1 tablespoon
  14. Coriander Powder                                    1 tablespoon
  15. Cup of Water                                            1
  16. Tomato Paste                                           1 tablespoon
  17. Cup of Coconut Milk                                1
  18. Cream Cup                                               1
  19. Green Chili Peppers                                 1
  20. Fenugreek                                                1 tablespoon
  21. Coriander

Preparation:

  1. On the fire, add the butter to the oil pan and mix well.
  2. Add the shrimp and mix them.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste, onion, and mix for a few minutes.
  4. Add oil, cumin, and stir. Add the cinnamon stick, pepper, cardamom, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix.
  5. Add water to the pan, mix tomato paste, coconut milk, cream.
  6. Now add the cooked prawns with chopped green pepper, mix with fenugreek and also cover for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
