How to get COVID vaccine certificate
As Pakistan approaches the 10 million mark for total COVID-19 doses administered, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has also started issuing COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), fully vaccinated citizens can now obtain COVID-19 vaccination certificates from their nearest NADRA centers and download them from the National Immunization Management System (NIMS) official website.

Federal Planning Minister Asad Umar, who also heads the NCOC, has announced that the Ministry of Coordination and Regulation of National Health Services (NHSRC) will issue the COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
He added that the COVID-19 vaccination certificates issued by NADRA are verifiable and secure so that citizens can safely access various locations in Pakistan and bypass mandatory quarantine requirements around the world.

Here are the two ways fully vaccinated citizens can get COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
By Hand/Manual Certificate
- Go to the nearest NADRA center
- Pay Rs. 100 to pick up your COVID-19 vaccination card
By Digital/Online Certificate
- Log into the NIMS website
- Enter your CNIC number and the date it was issued
- Make a payment of Rs. 100 by debit or card
- Download your COVID-19 vaccination card.
