The price of gold in the local market rose 500 rupees on Thursday.
As per the All Sindh Saraf Jewelers Association, gold prices in the local market have reached 108,500 rupees per tola. Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold rose from Rs 429 to Rs 93,021.
In the international market, the price of gold rose by 18 USD to 1,776 USD an ounce.
The silver price remained unchanged at 1410 rupees per tola. The price for 10 grams of silver also stayed the same at Rs 1,208.84.
Local jewelers said the price of gold in the local market is 1,000 rupees per tola higher than gold market prices in Dubai.
