Footage Of Pennsylvania University Student Attacking Downtown
The Philadelphia Police Department and SEPTA are searching for a woman they believe are randomly beating other women with great violence.
A 23-year-old woman was violently attacked without provocation, leaving her with a broken nose and a strong sense of security.
“He turned and ran towards me. My glasses and my nose broke when (she) hit me,” said the young woman, who preferred to remain anonymous.

“I felt like it had been going on for a long time without anyone interfering,” he said.
The video footage posted to Instagram is currently being reviewed by the Philadelphia Police Department as part of their investigation. It shows the suspect repeatedly beating the victim, even dragging him to the ground in the middle of the street.
“When she threw me to the ground, I got really scared and tried to defend myself. I tried to grab her ankle to throw her off balance, but it didn’t work. She just dominated me. It was scary,” the victim said.
It happened on Broad and Spruce streets around 12 noon on Sunday, November 20. Witnesses filmed the attack, as did this video of the suspects walking away, where her face is clearly visible.
“I’m still very agitated and adjusting. I still feel very uncomfortable going back to normal city life because it happened out of the blue,” the victim said.
The same suspect is wanted, according to SEPTA police, for assaulting another woman on the same day. According to Captain Rodger Walls, he reportedly banged a woman’s head against a wall while boarding the train at the 15th Street station.
“The actor who is this black woman mumbled to himself and randomly attacked her and then got off the train,” Walls said.
On 1st September police said another woman had been attacked near the Spring Garden station.
“She must definitely be suffering from some kind of mental illness, so these are just the photos of her that were shown while on patrol, so we’re definitely looking for her,” Wells said.
