Federal Minister of Finance and Revenue, Shaukat Tarin, chaired a meeting in the finance department to talk over and expand the institutional framework for funding the Kamyab Jawan program 2021.
SAPM for youth affairs, Mr. Usman Dar, SAPM for finance and income Dr. Waqar Masood, Executive Director of Akhuwat Foundation, President of National Bank of Pakistan, Bank of Punjab and Habib Bank Limited, Chairman of Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority and Chairman HBL attended the meeting.
The Treasury Secretary examined proposals from the SBP, the Bank of Punjab, and the Akhuwat Foundation.
The proposals were made to facilitate the provision of low-interest loans to agriculture, low-cost housing, and small businesses in order to create jobs and promote growth.
The role of microfinance institutions, commercial banks, and rural support programs was highlighted and highlighted as partner institutions in achieving the objectives of the program.
There was also a discussion about lifting the age limit for creditworthiness so that all layers of society can benefit from the Kamyab Jawan program 2021.
The Finance Minister has stated that he would like the program to be closed in such a way that it covers all target beneficiaries.

Finally, Finance Minister Tarin asked everyone involved to prepare the final proposal so that budget allocations can be made accordingly.
