Federal Govt Announced Salary Increase in Budget 2021-22 Pakistan | Pay and Pension Increase Details

According to the federal government’s budget 2021-22 speech, the government announced a raise in the 2021-22 Pakistani budget and the pension increases are not what employees are expecting.

The following salaries and allowances/pensions declared by the Minister of Finance in the 2021-2022 budget speech:

Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021

The finance minister announced an Adhoc relief allowance of 10% of the base salary in 2021. This allowance comes into force on July 1, 2021.

Ardali allowance / Allocation

The government has increased the Ardali allowance from Rs. 14,000 / – monthly to 17,500 / – monthly.

Integrated allowance

The federal government has increased the integrated allocation from BPS-01 to BPS-05. The sum increased from Rs. 450 / – to Rs. 900 / – every month.

Minimum wages 2021

The government has set minimum wage rates of Rs. 20,000 / – per month, according to the budget speech.

Pay and Pension increase

The government has increased the pension by 10 percent of the pensioner’s pension.

10pc Salary Increase in Budget 2021-22 news before the final budget is announced

Before the 2021 budget was presented, we learned that the federal cabinet had approved a 10pc pay increase.
