A young man Evander Tuala is fighting for his life in hospital and three people have been charged after a bloody fight on Oxford Street in Sydney.
Police are looking for witnesses to the fight involving 15 people between two groups outside the Oxford Tavern in Darlinghurst early on Saturday.

Fighting For Life After A Sickening Pitched Battle
Evander Tuala, 23, of western Sydney, was reportedly hit in the head during the fight and knocked unconscious after hitting the ground.
Paramedics took him to St Vince Hospital and he remains in critical condition.
Three men, two in their 20s and one in their 19s, from East Sydney were arrested at the scene and later charged with fighting.
One man was refused bail and was scheduled to appear in Parramatta Magistrates’ Court, while the other two were released on bail. One of them is due to appear in Downing Center Magistrates’ Court next month.
Tuala’s aunt Niu Tuala wrote a touching tribute to her “cute” nephew on social media.
“You came into the world and brought so much love to our family,” he said.
Now you left us broken. It was stolen from us like a thief in the night.
Detective Superintendent John Duncan said the fight started outside the Oxford Tavern following an incident involving the two groups inside, but police are unsure what started the fight.
“We understand both groups were in authorized premises, it was a very minor incident and then security kicked them out,” he said.
“As a result, a fight broke out outside the authorized compound.”

Police broke up the brawl and officers followed several people on foot.
Police confirmed Tuala sustained serious head injuries after her head hit the ground.
“This young man is fighting for his life in the hospital,” Superintendent Duncan said.
“The family will be devastated and our thoughts are with them.”
Superintendent Duncan said there will be multiple witnesses, including hotel guests, and urged anyone who saw or was involved in the fight to come forward.
“We’re looking for everyone involved,” he says.
“Whatever their role, I think they contact [the police] … they come to us instead of to us.”
