Emirates Issues New Flights To Canada’s Second Largest City
One of the world’s leading airlines, Emirates, has decided to start flights between Dubai and Montreal from July 5, 2023.
The move comes after the United Arab Emirates and Canada signed an agreement aimed at boosting economic cooperation and boosting the aviation and tourism sectors in the two countries.
Daily flights between Dubai and Montreal are operated by EK243/244 using a Boeing 777-300ER with First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class seats.
Emirates Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Adnan Kazim said Emirates is delighted to open its second route to Canada to expand its presence there with direct services from Dubai.
Air Canada Expansion in Dubai
Similarly, Air Canada, Canada’s largest airline, has also announced plans to expand its international network by introducing new non-stop flights from Vancouver International Airport to Dubai starting October 28, 2023.
The new route will operate four times a week using the airline’s Dreamliner fleet. This new service will make life easier for ex-pats and tourists who frequently travel between the United Arab Emirates and Canada.
Jean-Philippe Linteau, Consul General of Canada in Dubai, said he was excited about the recently announced direct flights between Dubai and Vancouver.
He noted that Vancouver is the gateway to Canada’s Pacific Coast, where several tourist attractions and educational institutions are located.
