Emirates Airlines Begins Major Recruitment Drive in Karachi And Islamabad

Emirates, one of the world’s leading airlines, has announced cabin crew rental dates in two Pakistani cities, Islamabad and Karachi. This is part of the airline’s global recruitment campaign to hire cabin crew.

Emirates will conduct “invitation-only” recruitments in Islamabad and Karachi on May 17 and 19. The interview and assessment process begins at 9:00 am on these days and only candidates who submit their application through the website will be called.

Emirates is hiring in two ways: “Open House” and “Invitation Only”. During the open days, applicants can come to the recruitment page without a prior application. You must follow all the guidelines on the site before going there.

For invitation only, applicants must submit an online application and will then be invited to the next round of the process via email.

Requirements

To qualify for Emirates Cabin Crew, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages preferred).
  • Possess a friendly and cooperative personality.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm and the possibility of reaching a height of 212 cm.
  • Meet the criteria for a work visa set by the United Arab Emirates.

In addition, applicants must have:

  • At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
  • Secondary education (grade 12) at least.
  • No visible tattoos on Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Dress Code On Recruitment Day

During the recruitment process, candidates must adhere to a specific dress code. Male applicants must have neatly styled hair, a clean-shaven face, and wear business attire and dress shoes.

Contestants must tie their hair back and wear full make-up, professional attire, and high-heeled shoes.

Emirates offers several attractive benefits to its crew members:

  • A monthly basic income of AED 4,430 and a flight wage of AED 63.75 per hour. The average total monthly salary is around AED10,170.
  • Hotel accommodation and transport to the airport. The dinner is credited to the following monthly salary.
  • Employees may take advantage of Emirates employee travel benefits in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Employee Travel Manual.
  • Free furnished accommodation, including water and electricity. Two family members can stay at the property twice a year for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Employees are entitled to 30 days of annual leave. A free pass for annual leave in the employee’s home country is also provided.
