Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has launched a new program, online registration for the Benazir Nashonuma Program Online Registration 2024, to address stunting and improve nutrition for Pakistan’s poorest children, stressing that malnutrition has no place in Pakistan in the 21st century.
The opening of the Ehsaas Nashonuma Program 2024 was held at the Benazir Nashonum Center at the headquarters of Dogra Hospital in the Khyber tribal region.
The Benazir Nashonuma Program has been initiated to support pregnant women facing financial constraints in accessing proper prenatal care. If you haven’t registered for this program yet, you can follow these steps for registration.
This initiative aims to ensure the well-being of pregnant women, particularly those underprivileged and unable to afford timely medical care and nutritious food. Under this program, eligible participants will receive financial assistance, with boys receiving two thousand rupees and girls receiving two thousand five hundred rupees.
The program’s primary objective is to provide pregnant women with the necessary resources to maintain their health during pregnancy. This includes ensuring that they can afford regular checkups and access essential medications. The ultimate goal is to promote healthy pregnancies and ensure the birth of healthy babies.

The Prime Minister visited the Ehsaas Nashonuma Program Registration Center and spoke to staff and beneficiary women and their children in the lobby or at information desks and specialized nutrient dispensaries.
Dr. Saniya Nishtar SAPM Social Protection and Poverty Reduction briefed the Prime Minister on the wide range of services provided by the Ehsaas Nashonuma Program 2024.
It also operates an Android-based Benazir Nashonuma app that will enable electronic registration and Ehsaas Tracking of female and child beneficiaries under 23 months.
What is the BISP Ehsaas Nashonuma 2024?
The Benazir Nashonuma program 2024 is focused on improving the nutrition and health of children in the first thousand days of life, the most critical period in early childhood development from conception through two years of age.
The Ehsaas Nashonuma Program 2024 will provide quarterly conditional cash transfers to the poorest pregnant women and women with children under the age of two.
Total PKR 2,000 for each boy and PKR 2,500 for each girl. Beneficiaries are identified through the Ehsaas Kafalat program and payments are based on consumption of special nutritious foods, vaccinations, and participation in health education courses. The Pakistani government fully funds the program.

The Benazir Nashonuma online registration 2024 will be launched in the first phase in nine districts including Khyber.

- Badin and Rajanpur
These areas were selected in consultation with the provincial health departments. 33 Ehsaas Nashonuma Centers will open in Tehsil level health facilities to provide all the Ehsaas Program services under one roof.
