Dubai is About To Open The World’s Tallest Hotel in 2024

Dubai, famous for its skyscrapers and luxury hotels, is set to receive the world’s tallest hotel, Ciel, in the first quarter of 2024. First Group, the developer of Ciel, said the 82-story building will be its tallest project and complex. on this day.

According to The First Group, 99% of the development work was completed along with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fixtures. The structure’s exterior supports were completed up to the 72nd floor, while the curtain wall work was completed up to the 70th floor.

The tiling work is also 66% complete and the partitions and plastering work is 97% complete. Ciel’s inner atrium will be 300 meters high with vertically tiered terraces with natural ventilation.

First Group CEO Rob Burns said he was delighted to have added a major structure to the Dubai skyline. He stressed that despite the pandemic, the works are being carried out at an accelerated pace and will be officially inaugurated in 2024.

Other Details Of The Ciel

Le Ciel will have 1,042 rooms, including 150 suites, spread over 82 floors. The design of the tower is elegant and modern, with a unique shape that will catch the attention of passers-by.

More than 12,000 cubic meters of concrete and more than 3,000 tons of steel were needed for the foundation of the skyscraper.
