Dubai Announces Upgrading Of One Of its Busiest Roads
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced plans to expand Hessa Street from Sheikh Zayed Road to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. The project will improve entrances and exits, flyovers and road capacity.
RTA has also announced that it is working with renowned real estate developer Nakheel to upgrade all of the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) exits. The aim of the measure is to make traffic flow more smoothly and thus reduce travel times.
One of the busiest streets in Dubai, Hessa Street receives heavy traffic from residential and commercial areas. The update will bring relief to many residents who face long queues and delays on their daily commutes.
The public is invited to follow the RTA’s social media channels for regular updates on the project. This initiative is part of Dubai’s efforts to develop its infrastructure and provide its residents with an efficient and sustainable transportation system.
