Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finalized their divorce in 2019, but their custody battle for their six children continues. Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie claimed three of her children, along with her ex-husband Brad Pitt, wanted to testify against her in their bitter custody case, according to court records.
Maleficent star lawyers have reportedly produced documents disqualifying Judge John Ouderkirk from ruling on the case.
The former celebrity couple is said to have initially accepted Ouderkirk as a private judge in order to keep the details of the case under lock and key. But last summer, Jolie claimed the judge’s relationship with one of Pitt’s attorneys compromised the case.

Pitt and Jolie, who divorced in 2019, are the parents of six children: Maddox (19), Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (14), and twins Vivienne and Knox (12).
Jolie’s legal team claimed earlier this year that the presiding judge had “denied the actress a fair trial by inappropriately excluding her evidence relevant to the health, safety, and welfare of children and critical evidence from presenting her case.”
Angelina Jolie previously accused Brad Pitt of abusing her son Maddox.

The Oscar-winning actor was not charged in connection with the incident amid an investigation by the FBI and social services.
