Demand For Larger Homes is Increasing in Dubai
A recent report by real estate developer ZaZEN Properties revealed that more than 80% of renters in Dubai are looking for affordable properties with outdoor spaces and plenty of space.
As property prices continue to rise, so too is demand for villas and townhomes, particularly among HNWIs.
Recent data from Property Finder showed that there was strong demand for two-bedroom apartments in March of this year, underscoring the city’s ongoing desire for spacious and affordable housing options.
The Dubai housing market has also seen a notable surge in transactions this year, with an increase of more than 43% in February, according to ZaZEN Properties.
Residents show a strong preference for properties that offer outdoor spaces with panoramic balconies, with large balconies being among the best options.
Madhav Dhar, co-founder and COO of ZaZEN Properties said that despite the impressive growth in the UAE real estate market, buyers and investors are becoming more cautious about their purchases.
The trend is now towards more sustainable and profitable properties that offer all the necessary amenities and keep maintenance costs down over the long term, he added.
