Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh celebrate their first wedding anniversary on Thursday and the couple is ready to make the most of it. It is reported that the couple plans to seek blessings in Tirupati and Amritsar.
Before her anniversary, Deepika Padukone used her Instagram account to explain how Ranveer prepared for the day. In her Instagram account, Ranveer is seen in a salon with facemask and ready for steaming. “In preparation for her first wedding anniversary,” she writes on the picture. It is reported that the celebration of their wedding day will be a private matter and only between their respective families. First, they travel to Tirupati to visit the famous Balaji and Padmavati temples. Then they travel to Amritsar to visit the Golden Temple the next day, November 15th.
Her birthday seems to be as private and intimate as her wedding last year. On November 14, 2018, Deepika and Ranveer made their first vows in the traditional Konkani-South Indian style, followed by a big and fat Punjabi wedding the next day.
It is said that the two men were together for six years before they made the knot. While they met on the set of the movie Goliyon Ki Raasleela-Ram Leela. Later they played together in three films, namely Padmaavat, Bajirao Mastani and Finding Fanny (Ranveer had a cameo).
And now the duo goes to 83, their fifth official joint movie. It’s a sports drama directed by Kabir Khan based on the 1983 World Cup victory. Ranveer and Deepika will each play with husband and wife (Kapil Dev and Romi Bhatia).
