Registration for the coronavirus vaccine for people aged 30 and over will begin May 16, next Sunday.
Up to 11,709 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, according to the National Center for Command and Operations.
To date, 964,227 people in the country have been fully vaccinated.
Coronavirus vaccination centers are also open in Sindh during the current Eid holidays.

Sindh’s Prime Minister Murad Ali Shah had ordered the center of the Karachi Exhibition Center to be kept open during Eid.
In a tweet, NCOC head Asad Umar had stated that the government had decided to open registers for a different age group as the vaccine supply in Pakistan continues to improve and the country’s vaccination capacity improves day by day.
As vaccine supply continues to improve and vaccination capacity gets enhanced in all Federating units, we continue to expand the categories of those who are eligible to get vaccinated. Starting sunday the 16th of May, registration will be open to all 30 years and older citizens

On May 3, Pakistan opened coronavirus vaccination registration for people ages 40 to 49 across the country.

Vaccination registration for the age group has been running since April 27, while walk-in vaccinations are being carried out in the country for people aged 50 and over.
The federal government has set up a digital registration portal that is used to assign a code to a person and then go to a specific vaccination center and get a sting.
